Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Purchasing Support Coordinator to bolster procurement activities across UK Digital Energy and NAM regions. You will manage supplier onboarding, vendor management, and PO creation via SAP; analyze data to identify trends and prepare reports.

You will also advance Smartsheet workflows and Tableau dashboards while maintaining data quality and governance. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a readiness to work in Cavite

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Business Analytics or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in procurement, supply chain or related corporate environment preferred.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, eager to learn, investigate issues and own activities through to completion.
• Strong analytical skills to review data and communicate findings clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication to build stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across UK and NAM purchasing.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft 365; interest in digital tools.
• Smartsheet experience beneficial; willing to learn workflows and automation.
• Knowledge of ERP such as SAP or Unify project desirable.
• Interest in continuous improvement to make processes efficient.
• Willing to work in Cavite on mid-shift and hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Provide UK Digital Energy procurement support across supplier onboarding and vendor management.
• Assist with PO creation and approvals using SAP Logon.
• Analyse procurement and supplier data to identify trends and prepare reports.
• Develop Smartsheet workflows and maintain procurement sheets; use Tableau for dashboards.
• Coordinate OneTrust cybersecurity assessments and vendor documentation.
• Support Quarterly Global Procurement Reporting with data gathering and analysis.
