EssilorLuxottica in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned procurement professional to oversee materials, goods and services. You will lead procurement teams, drive supplier partnerships, and ensure uninterrupted material availability while aligning with cost and quality targets.

You will apply ERP experience and strong English communication to optimize processes, support manufacturing operations, and deliver measurable cost improvements in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, SCM, Business Administration, Logistics or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, inventory control, and supply chain operations in manufacturing.
• ERP experience is highly desirable; MS Office proficiency required.

Main Responsibilities

• Overseeing the procurement of materials, goods and services required by the organization.
• Ensures uninterrupted material availability while leading procurement personnel and drivingcontinuous improvement initiatives that support operational and business objectives.
• To procure the right materials and services at the right quality, cost and time while fosteringsupplier partnerships ensuring compliance and supporting.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
• Possesses the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and cross-functionteams while driving cost, quality and supply objectives.
• Highly organized, results-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic

Main Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or BusinessAdministration, Logistics or a related discipline.
• Minimum knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, inventory control,and supply chain operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Professional certifications and experience with ERP system are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5yrs of procurement, purchasing or supply chain experience, including at least2 years in a supervisory role.
• Good English Communication skills both oral and written
• Proficient in MS Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)environment.
