Job summary

Dynata, a leader in first-party data, is seeking a Procurement Specialist in the Philippines to create, manage, and maintain purchase requisitions and purchase orders, including implementing workflows for PO generation, approval, and fulfillment.

You will monitor procurement KPIs, collaborate with Engineering, Product, HR, Operations, and Finance to ensure timely purchasing, and ensure accuracy of all purchase orders and documentation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and maintain purchase requisitions and purchase orders, including implementing workflows for PO generation, approval, and fulfillment.
• Monitor, track, and report on procurement-related KPIs; prepare and present performance reports as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Product, HR, Operations, and Finance—to ensure timely and effective purchasing execution.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all purchase orders and related documentation.
