Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar.
• 1–2 years of experience in Procurement.
• End-to-end Source to Pay Process knowledge.
• Basic familiarity with SAP and Ariba systems.
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with procurement systems (Ariba, SRM, SAP ERP, S4 Hana).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn topics and transfer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Execute requisitions and create Purchase Orders per standard processes and regulatory criteria.
• Provide end-of-day reports and maintain daily tracker.
• Handle incidents via ticketing tool within 24-hour SLA.
• Respond to inquiries from requesters and concerns.
• Perform invoice checks and PO changes to support end-to-end process.
• Participate in weekly reviews of pending/denied requisitions and incidents.
• Monitor KPIs and volume; discuss with partners in meetings.
• Assist onboarding and training of new employees via shadowing.
• Backfill as backup processor for assigned markets as needed.
• Support language/document translation as needed.
