Job summary

SM Retail Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Procurement Specialist with a focus on Marketing procurement to manage sourcing of marketing materials and related services, coordinate suppliers, negotiate terms, and ensure timely processing of purchase requirements.

You will partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, timelines, and specifications, drive supplier evaluations, and secure compliant deliveries while building solid supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field required.
• At least 3 years of procurement or supply chain experience.
• Marketing procurement experience preferred.

We're looking for a Procurement Specialist with experience in Marketing Procurement who can manage sourcing of materials, supplier coordination, negotiations, and timely processing of purchase requirements.

What You'll Do

• Manage procurement requirements for Marketing Colllaterals and other assigned categories
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, timelines, and specifications
• Ensure timely processing of Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and compliance with agreed terms
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field
• At least 3 years of procurement or supply chain experience
• Marketing Procurement experience is highly preferred
• Experience handling marketing materials, events, activations, printing, advertising, or related services is an advantage
• Retail experience is preferred
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
