Job summary

Accenture Philippines, Manila, is seeking a seasoned Lead for strategic sourcing and procurement operations across multiple client portfolios. You will drive service excellence, stakeholder engagement, and business value while partnering with clients and internal teams to deliver sourcing strategies and optimize procurement performance.

You will lead high-performing teams, manage recruitment and staffing, and navigate risk decisions to protect project SLAs and reputation.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Record to Report.
• 5–10 years of supervisory experience leading teams.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and client relationship development.
• Strong commercial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing performance metrics, service delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Industry experience across procurement, shared services, manufacturing, technology, financial services, or consulting is welcome.

Role Summary

Partner with clients and internal teams to deliver sourcing strategies, optimize procurement performance, and lead high-performing teams in achieving operational and commercial objectives.

What You'll Do

• Support sales opportunities and delivery of the solution by leveraging Accenture’s full capabilities. Build client relationships in collaboration with the Client Account Leadership team.

• Lead the service delivery strategy across one or more client portfolios.
  Address performance issues and implement continuous improvement plans to achieve project targets and SLA commitments.

• Manage people’s engagement, recruiting and staffing to optimize delivery targets.

• Typically receives direction and feedback from their supervisor on setting priorities or assigning and managing tasks on a weekly to bi-weekly basis

• Expected consequences for mistakes in their work would include missing team deadlines, damaging their team's reputation within Accenture, and damaging Accenture's reputation, and may be escalated to a managing director

• Involved in risk mitigation decisions for multiple teams and may be involved in risk mitigation decisions for their business area

What We're Looking For
