Here’s the difference you’ll make. As Procurement Manager, you will lead the end-to-end procurement of manpower and outsourced services that keep our operations running smoothly. From sourcing reliable partners to negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance, you’ll drive strategic procurement decisions that balance quality, cost efficiency, and operational excellence. Your leadership will ensure that every outsourced service partner contributes to the company’s success—efficiently, ethically, and sustainably.
What You’ll Do (your Mission)
- Strategic Sourcing & Procurement
Develop and implement sourcing strategies for manpower and outsourcing services (e.g., janitorial, security, logistics, customer service, etc.).
- Market Research
Conduct market research to identify qualified and competitive vendors aligned with company requirements.
- Vendor Management
Lead bidding, vendor evaluation, negotiation, and selection processes to ensure best value.
- Supplier Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong partnerships with manpower agencies and service providers. Monitor vendor performance through KPIs, SLAs, and regular business reviews. Address performance issues and ensure the timely delivery of contracted services.
- Cost & Contract Management
Optimize cost structures while maintaining service quality and compliance. Manage contracts, renewals, and amendments in alignment with procurement policies. Ensure all agreements meet legal, quality, and performance standards.
- Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all suppliers adhere to labor laws, government regulations, and ethical practices. Collaborate with Legal and HR to assess and mitigate risks related to outsourced labor and services.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with HR, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives. Support manpower planning and outsourcing decisions through data-driven supplier insights.
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Prepare and present reports on service utilization, cost efficiency, and supplier performance. Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices in procurement.

- Demonstrate proven success in vendor negotiation, sourcing, and contract management.
- Possess solid understanding of labor regulations and outsourcing compliance.

- Are proficient in procurement systems and Microsoft Office tools.
