WESTLAKE TOTAL SOLUTION, INC. is seeking a procurement professional to support our purchasing process in the Philippines. The role requires an Industrial Engineering background and experience in sourcing, quotations, and records management.

The candidate will manage supplier relationships, monitor deliveries, and assist with payables/receivables, ensuring accurate documentation and timely purchases in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year course in Industrial Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Knowledgeable in purchasing documentation, supplier coordination, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Source and canvass suppliers/contractors for goods and services.
• Collect and organize quotations for review.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining purchasing records and price lists.
• Maintain records of Purchase Orders, Sales Invoices, Quotations, and Supplier Profiles.
• Monitor delivery of goods and services.
• Update purchasing-related databases and records.
• Assist in monitoring purchasing payables and receivables.
• Perform other purchasing and administrative tasks as assigned.
