Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requirements provided by operations and select best supplier.
• Ensure on-time delivery of materials from suppliers.
• Prepare monthly forecast of material requirements and track balances.
• Handle import/export of container shipments with freight forwarders and ensure customs documentation.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness and traceability of documents per filing procedures.
• Source with new and existing vendors.
• Provide sales admin support and respond to product inquiries.
• Handle other ad-hoc admin duties.
