This role requires strong mentorship and stakeholder engagement across global teams. The position is based in Cebu, with a return-to-office setup and travel up to 50% to client sites.

Formación

• At least 5 years combined relevant work experience in Procurement or Global Sourcing.
• Contracting experience is preferred only.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sourcing initiatives across the S2C lifecycle, including supplier outreach, RFx events, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Develop category strategies, roadmaps, and pipelines by leveraging market intelligence, supplier research, and financial analyses.
• Champion AI and digital enablement, embedding tools to improve sourcing efficiency and accuracy.
• Deliver client-facing business development support, including contract assessments and business cases.
• Mentor and coach teams on sourcing execution, stakeholder engagement, AI literacy, procurement best practices, and sourcing expertise.
• Travel up to 50% to multiple customer locations; project rotation at Cebu, Cyberzone Building, Tower 1.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop category strategies, roadmaps, and pipelines by leveraging market intelligence, supplier research, and financial/commercial analyses to align with client business goals. Lead sourcing initiatives across the S2C lifecycle, including supplier outreach, RFx events, negotiations, and contract execution. Perform financial and commercial analyses of supplier proposals and contracts to inform negotiation strategies and optimize client outcomes. Champion AI and digital enablement, embedding enterprise-approved tools into sourcing workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and stakeholder outcomes. Develop market intelligence and thought leadership content to enable knowledge sharing, position procurement as a trusted advisor, and support external visibility with clients. Deliver client-facing business development support, including contract assessments, due diligence, and development of business cases and case studies. Mentor and coach teams, building capability in sourcing execution, stakeholder engagement, AI literacy, procurement best practices, and Sourcing expertise. Foster high-trust relationships with senior stakeholders and suppliers, adapting to global cultures and organizational structures. Drive continuous improvement and transformational change in procurement delivery models, sourcing practices, and supplier ecosystems. Willingness to travel up to 50% to multiple customer locations.
