Responsibilities

• Develop category strategies, roadmaps, and pipelines using market intelligence and supplier research.
• Lead sourcing initiatives across the S2C lifecycle including RFx events, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Perform financial and commercial analyses of proposals and contracts to inform negotiation strategies.
• Champion AI and digital enablement, embedding tools into sourcing workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop market intelligence and thought leadership content to enable knowledge sharing with clients.
