Job summary

Accenture is seeking a proactive Procurement Practice Specialist to lead sourcing projects within the Source-to-Contract lifecycle, leveraging market intelligence, supplier research, and financial analysis. Qualifications

• At least 3 years in Contracts/Contracting, Procurement, Category Management or Global Sourcing preferred.
• Legal contracting experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to multiple customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop category strategies, roadmaps, and pipelines using market intelligence and supplier research.
• Lead sourcing initiatives across the S2C lifecycle, including RFx events, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Perform financial and commercial analyses of supplier proposals and contracts.
• Champion AI and digital enablement to improve sourcing workflows and outcomes.
• Develop market intelligence and thought leadership content for external visibility with clients.
• Deliver client-facing business development support, including due diligence and business cases.
• Mentor and coach teams on sourcing execution, stakeholder engagement, and AI literacy.
• Foster high-trust relationships with senior stakeholders and suppliers; adapt to global cultures.
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement delivery models and supplier ecosystems.
