Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking a Procurement Operations Specialist (Project-Based) to implement procure-to-pay strategies and support vendor onboarding, contracting, and supplier performance across sites in coordination with stakeholders.

You will execute procurement activities, perform cost analyses, manage POs/agreements, and help ensure timely delivery and savings in support of the company's targets in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or related fields.
• Any 4-year business-related or Engineering-related course.

Responsibilities

• Executes procurement activities for Operations and Maintenance items from approved PRs across sites.
• Conducts cost analysis and supports contract templates, POs, and Notices to Proceed.
• Tracks orders, manages change orders and supplier communications to ensure timely delivery.
• Performs vendor due diligence and accreditation as needed.
• Participates in risk planning to ensure continuity of supply.
