AboitizPower is seeking a Project Support Specialist to help ensure smooth operations across project coordination, procurement, and financial processes. You’ll handle payments, inventory, and asset management while collaborating with the Project Development and Execution Team.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of relevant experience, with a focus on accurate coding and budget reporting. This role supports a purpose-driven energy sector and community impact.

Qualifications

• At least one year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Processes payments to suppliers/contractors and coordinates payment status with them.
• Ensures integrity of all expenses and charges to the proper project and coding.
• Manages office supplies, tracks stock, forecasts needs, and processes requisitions to prevent shortages or waste.
• Maintains an accurate inventory log of PDE assets and conducts regular physical checks to reconcile inventory.
• Oversees repair and upkeep of project assets.
• Routes documents for signature via DocuSign.
