Job summary

2GO Group is seeking a Procurement Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day sourcing activities and ensure efficient procurement execution. You will collaborate with Strategic Procurement and cross-functional teams to implement sourcing strategies and drive governance across supplier programs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of procurement experience, with strong ERP/P2P system exposure and a focus on supplier performance and contract

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Admin, Logistics, Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of procurement experience.
Experience with ERP / Procure-to-Pay platforms (SAP/Oracle/Ariba/Coupa) preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day sourcing activities and ensure governance and efficiency.
Execute RFx processes, supplier sourcing, evaluations, negotiations, and approvals.
Onboard suppliers and manage commercial arrangements and contracts.
Endorse suppliers and terms to Purchase Fulfillment for PO execution.
Manage stakeholder relationships and monitor supplier performance.
