Job summary

2GO Group in the Philippines is seeking a Procurement Fulfillment Manager to lead the centralized team from requisition to PO issuance and closure, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. You will drive workload management, KPI monitoring, supplier coordination, and continuous improvement, with ERP/P2P experience and a track record of delivering service levels and value.

Expect to mentor a team, uphold procurement controls, and collaborate with stakeholders to keep business operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement/purchasing or shared services experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Experience with ERP or Procure-to-Pay platforms (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba or equivalent).
• Experience managing transaction processing, service delivery and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of Purchase Fulfillment from requisition through PO issuance and closure.
• Ensure procurement transactions are accurate, timely, and compliant with SLAs.
• Manage team workload, queues, backlog, and prioritization to meet turnaround times.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve service delivery.
• Coordinate with business units, suppliers, Finance, AP, Receiving, and Strategic Procurement.
• Lead, coach, and develop Purchase Fulfillment Specialists.

You'll keep procurement moving efficiently, accurately, and without disruption by leading the centralized Procurement Fulfillment team from approved Purchase Requisition through Purchase Order issuance, fulfillment, and transaction closure. You’ll drive operational excellence by ensuring service levels, procurement controls, workload management, supplier coordination, and stakeholder experience are consistently delivered. Through continuous process improvement and strong team leadership, you’ll help ensure the right goods and services reach the business on time—enabling seamless operations and creating value across the organization.

Your mission..

Procurement Fulfillment Operations

• Lead the end-to-end execution of Purchase Fulfillment activities from approved Purchase Requisition through Purchase Order issuance and transaction completion.
• Ensure procurement transactions are processed accurately, timely, and in accordance with established service level agreements.

Workload & Service Delivery

• Manage team workload, work queues, backlog, and transaction prioritization to achieve agreed turnaround times.
• Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve service delivery.

Stakeholder & Supplier Coordination

• Coordinate with Business Units, suppliers, Finance, Accounts Payable, Receiving, and Strategic Procurement to facilitate timely procurement execution.
• Resolve operational issues and escalat**e** commercial or contractual concerns to Strategic Procurement.

Team Leadership

• Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate Purchase Fulfillment Specialists.
• Ensure consistency, productivity, quality, and compliance across the team.

Compliance & Controls

• Ensure procurement transactions comply with Procurement Policy, Delegation of Authority, and internal controls.
• Review transaction quality and identify operational risks.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify recurring operational issues, recommend process improvements, and support automation initiatives.
• Partner with Procurement Systems & Continuous Improvement to improve workflows, dashboards, and operational performance.

Operational Reporting

• Monitor procurement KPIs including:
• PR Aging
• PO Aging
• Turnaround Time
• SLA Performance
• Backlog
• Productivity
• First-Time-Right Processing
• Vendor Response Time

You’ll thrive in this role if you..

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Commerce, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of procurement, purchasing, shared services, or procurement operations experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Experience with ERP or Procure-to-Pay platforms (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, or equivalent).
• Experience managing procurement transaction processing, service delivery, and operational KPIs.
