Job summary

Accenture PLC in Manila is seeking a detail-oriented Procure-to-Pay professional to support end-to-end accounts payable operations. You will process procurement transactions, manage supplier invoices, ensure timely payments, and resolve discrepancies with strong attention to internal controls.

Ideal candidates have experience in PO processing, invoice matching, and vendor reconciliation within a shared services or corporate finance environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• At least 6 months of relevant P2P/AP experience with strong expertise in Purchase Orders, Invoice Processing, Invoice Matching, Payment Processing, Vendor Reconciliation, and Expense Processing
• Hands-on experience in PO creation, requisition processing, PO/Non-PO invoice processing, 2-way and 3-way matching, and vendor payments
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, Concur, NetSuite is an advantage
• Experience in Shared Services, BPO, or Global Business Services is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Willing to work full-time in office in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Taguig, or Alabang
• Exposure to night shift or graveyard schedules is acceptable

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and process Purchase Orders based on approved requisitions.
• Process PO and Non-PO invoices accurately within SLAs.
• Perform 2-way and 3-way invoice matching and resolve discrepancies.
• Support payment processing activities including checks, wire transfers, ACH, and electronic payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate outstanding items.
• Process employee expense reports and T&E claims in compliance with policies.
• Monitor AP aging and resolve overdue items.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Generate reports and analyze P2P and AP operations.
