Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a Procurement Lead to oversee Procedure-to-Pay (P2P) operations, ensuring on-time and in-full performance across high-value and high-volume transactions.

You will review and approve POs, drive process improvements, and coach a procurement team to optimize supplier management. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and decision-making skills, with at least 5 years in Supply Chain/Procurement and a degree in Engineering or Business Administration.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of work experience in Supply Chain Management/Procurement.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of Procedure-to-Pay (P2P) operations
• Oversee high-value and high-volume transactions
• Drive On-Time In-Full (OTIF) performance and champion continuous process improvement
• Review and approve Purchase Orders and procurement transactions
• Support vendor evaluation, selection and supplier management
• Lead, coach and develop the procurement team
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 27001 standards
