GJH SERCONS, INC. is seeking a Procurement Supervisor to lead the daily activities of the purchasing team in Metro Manila. The role focuses on ensuring efficient procurement operations through supervision, consolidation of requests, supplier evaluation, and adherence to quality and delivery standards.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with departments, manage orders, monitor costs, and implement internal controls while driving cost savings and process improvements across procurement functions.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and monitor daily purchasing team activities to ensure efficient procurement operations.
• Review and consolidate purchase requests from various departments and project sites.
• Evaluate supplier quotations, compare prices, and negotiate terms for best value.
• Identify and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and service providers.
• Ensure purchased materials meet specifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Review and monitor purchase orders, canvass sheets, and related documents for accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal departments, project teams, warehouse personnel, and suppliers on requirements and status.
• Monitor outstanding purchase orders and follow up to prevent delays.
• Ensure all purchasing transactions comply with policies, budgets, and authorization procedures.
• Track purchasing costs and identify opportunities for cost savings without sacrificing quality.
• Resolve purchasing issues including supplier delays and product pricing concerns.
• Prepare and submit purchasing reports and supplier performance evaluations to management.
• Monitor supplier performance on pricing, quality, reliability, and delivery efficiency.
• Assist in developing and improving purchasing policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Provide guidance to purchasing staff to improve performance and productivity.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the superior.
