You will develop and implement procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships, and ensure competitive pricing and reliable delivery to support operations. In this leadership role, you will monitor budgets, drive cost-saving initiatives, coordinate with multiple departments, and enforce compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee purchasing activities, including sourcing, canvassing, quotation evaluation, negotiation, and purchase order approval.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and reliable delivery.
• Lead supplier selection, accreditation, performance evaluation, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor procurement budgets, expenditures, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services to meet operational requirements.
• Review and approve purchase requests and procurement documents within the authorized approval limits.
• Coordinate with requesting departments, Accounting, Warehouse, Operations, and other concerned teams regarding procurement requirements.
• Monitor inventory and material requirements in coordination with concerned departments to prevent shortages and unnecessary purchases.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, approval processes, and documentation standards.
• Prepare and present procurement reports, supplier performance reviews, and cost analysis to Management.
• Identify procurement risks and implement measures to minimize supply disruptions and unnecessary expenses.
• Supervise, guide, and evaluate procurement personnel to ensure efficiency and accountability.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, supplier performance, and purchasing efficiency.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned by Management.
