GJH SERCONS, INC. is seeking a Logistics Operations Leader to plan, direct, and monitor all logistics activities in Batangas. The role oversees inventory, inbound and outbound deliveries, and loading operations to ensure on-time customer deliveries.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in logistics, strong planning skills, and advanced Excel abilities. A 4-year degree is required, with solid MS Office competency and a focus on accuracy and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a 4-year degree program.
• Minimum 4 years of total experience in logistics.
• Strong planning, organizing, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office and advanced MS Excel.
• Solid communication and integrity in following company policies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, implement, monitor, and control logistics programs and activities.
• Oversee daily inventory and monitor inbound/outbound deliveries.
• Ensure timely loading activity for customer deliveries.
• Supervise logistics staff including assistants and handlers.
• Enforce FIFO in inbound warehousing for proper delivery planning.
• Promote safety policies and monitor PPE usage when required.
• Ensure safe loading/unloading of stock and compliance with procedures.
• Prepare and submit reports and documents timely (by 5PM daily).
• Conduct periodic performance appraisals and provide feedback.
