Responsibilities
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best quality and pricing for materials, equipment, and services.
Prepare, process, and follow up on purchase orders in accordance with company policies and project requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely availability of materials for ongoing projects.
Maintain and update supplier databases, price lists, contracts, and procurement records accurately.
Analyze quotations and supplier proposals to achieve cost efficiency without compromising quality.
Ensure all purchased goods comply with quality standards and project specifications.
Assist in budget preparation, monitor procurement expenses, and contribute to cost control initiatives.
Coordinate with internal departments, including technical, project management, and finance, to streamline procurement processes.

Qualifications
