TheResponsibilitieswewilltrustyouwith:
A.OperationalFunctions
1.Negotiations/Sourcing
- Negotiatesforthebestpricewithoutsacrificingthequalityofservice.
- ContinuoussourcingofvendorsforfuturerequirementsoftheBank.
2.DocumentProcessing
- Receivesandevaluatesrequests,businessrequirements,andbusinesscases,andchecksforcompletenessandcorrectnessofdetails.
- PreparesRequestsforProposal(RFPs)basedontheBusinessUnit'sServiceLevelRequirementsandsendsthemtoprospectiveserviceproviders.
- Reviewsproposalsreceivedfromserviceprovidersandtabulatesthembasedonselectioncriteria.
- Preparesnecessarydocumentsforapprovals(PurchaseApprovalForm/RequestforApprovalonCommercialTerms).
- Issuesnotificationmemostowinningandnon-winningbidders,suppliers,orserviceproviders.
3.ServiceImplementation
- MonitorsawardedservicestoensurealignmentwithServiceLevelRequirements.
- Ensuresprocurementactivitiesalignwiththeorganization'soverallstrategyandgoals.
4.ProcessImprovement/Development
- ExploresbetterandmorereliableserviceproviderswhocanprovideproductsandservicesfortheBank.
- ConductsresearchonthelatestmarketdevelopmentsthatmaybeutilizedbytheBank.
- ExplorespossibleautomationofexistingprocessesthatwouldbebeneficialfortheBank.
B.CustomerService
- AssistsBusinessUnitswithspecificationsofrequestedservices.
- SuggestsideasandguidesBusinessUnitsonprojectrequirementsanddetails.
- Ensuresservicesareproperlyimplementedbythechosenprovider.
C.AdministrativeFunctions
- Preparesreportsasneeded.
- Performsadhocresponsibilitiesthatmaybeassignedfromtimetotime.
