Job description

This position is with one of DP World's entities in the Philippines and will be employed under our Ports and Terminals business pillar.

The Assistant Manager - Procurement is responsible for leading contractor sourcing, tender management, bid evaluation, negotiations, contract award recommendations, and post-award contract administration. The role ensures that all procurement activities are conducted in accordance with established company policies, governance requirements, applicable regulations, and industry best practices.

Key Accountabilities

• Responsible for managing end-to-end procurement, contract administration, and other responsibilities for assigned civil projects, particularly high-value and strategic tenders.


• Work closely with project, finance, legal, and operational teams to achieve cost-effective procurement outcomes, manage contractual risks, and support successful project delivery.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Graduate of Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field


• With 5-10 year experience in procurement, quantity surveying, contracts management, construction, infrastructure, engineering, industrial projects and in handling contracts or equivalent international construction contract forms


• With good communication skills


• Proficient in MS Office
