Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned project site material requests.
• Coordinate with the inventory in charge if items on MR are not available. Coordinate with inventory assistant for the outstanding inventory.
• Check the specification of the requested items.
• Canvass the items requested (visit supplier to verify the specification of items prior to purchase).
• Prepares purchase orders for approval base on the approved canvass sheet.
• Process approved purchase request
• Prepares request payments for cash purchases and PDCs for terms.
• Coordinates with logistics department for timely pick up of the purchases.
• Coordinates with logistics for the scheduling of items to be transported.
• Perform other tasks as assigned
