Our Clients in Makati, Philippines, seeks a Procurement & Materials Officer to manage end-to-end sourcing, purchasing, and inventory planning across construction and renewable energy projects. You will collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Operations, and Warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain operations.
• Experience supporting renewable energy, solar EPC, construction, engineering, electrical, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
• Proven experience procuring construction materials, electrical equipment, industrial supplies, tools, or project-related materials.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, inventory replenishment planning, and purchasing best practices.
• Experience using ERP, procurement, or inventory management systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to work across multiple departments in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process from sourcing to PO issuance and delivery monitoring.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on pricing, quality, and reliability.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, lead times, and agreements to achieve cost efficiency.
• Prepare and process purchase requests, orders, and quotations.
• Monitor PO status and coordinate timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Operations, and Warehouse teams to quantify material requirements.
