Job summary

Children International Inc. is undergoing a transition to strengthen operational effectiveness and establish a shared services model. The Purchasing Coordinator (SSU) will support procurement planning, scheduling, contract administration, and supplier coordination across two entities during this project-based period.

The role requires leadership, stakeholder management, and a strong commitment to compliant, efficient purchasing services that align with CI values and child-focused mission.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field with at least six years in procurement.
• Demonstrated experience in procurement planning and supplier management.
• Strong leadership, collaboration and ethics in a multi-entity setup.

Responsibilities

• Assist in consolidating needs and developing the Annual Procurement Plan.
• Coordinate procurement schedules and supplier performance.
• Manage contract administration and supplier onboarding across entities.
