Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a Procurement Assistant to join our procurement team at Katipunan Rd, Quezon City, Metro Manila.

You will assist in procurement processes, maintain inventory records, liaise with suppliers, and support reporting to help ensure an efficient supply chain in a manufacturing and logistics environment. The ideal candidate is a graduate in Engineering, Operations or Business with 6 months to 1 year of procurement or inventory experience, plus strong organizational

Qualifications

Graduate of Engineering, Operations, Business or related field.
1 year or less experience in procurement, purchasing or inventory management is acceptable.
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook; familiarity with procurement systems preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparation and processing of purchase orders following company procedures.
Maintain and update inventory records; track stock levels and replenishment needs.
Liaise with suppliers for quotations, pricing and delivery schedules.
Support goods receipt and verification to ensure PO compliance and quality.
Organize and file procurement documents, contracts and correspondence.
Monitor deliveries to ensure timely receipt of materials and supplies.
Assist in preparing procurement reports for management review.
Communicate procurement requirements with internal departments.
Assist in maintaining procurement systems and databases with up-to-date information.
