Job summary

2GO Group, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Fulfillment Specialist in the Philippines. You will execute centralized procurement fulfillment from approved requisitions to purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate, compliant transactions and high-quality service.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with up to 3 years of experience in procurement or related fields. ERP/Procure-to-Pay exposure is preferred as you help maintain records and support process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply with strong academic credentials.
• Up to 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or related areas is an advantage.
• Experience with ERP or Procure-to-Pay systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process approved Purchase Requisitions into Purchase Orders.
• Review procurement requests for completeness and compliance.
• Create, amend, cancel, and close Purchase Orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers, Business Units, Finance, Accounts Payable, and Receiving to facilitate timely procurement transactions.
• Monitor deliveries and resolve operational issues.
• Escalate sourcing, pricing, and contractual concerns to the Procurement group.

The Procurement Fulfillment Specialist isresponsible for executing centralized procurement fulfillment activities fromapproved Purchase Requisition through Purchase Order issuance, suppliercoordination, and transaction support. The role ensures procurementtransactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance withcompany policies while delivering high-quality service to internal stakeholdersand suppliers.

What you’ll do..

Transaction Management

• Manageassigned procurement transactions and ensure compliance with agreedservice levels.
• Monitoraging PRs, POs, pending documentation, and transaction status.
• Maintaincomplete and accurate procurement records.

Customer Support

• Guiderequestors on procurement processes, documentation requirements, andprocurement procedures.
• Providetimely updates on procurement transaction status.

Compliance

• Ensureprocurement transactions comply with Procurement Policy, Delegation ofAuthority, and internal controls.
• Maintaintransaction accuracy and documentation readiness for audit.
• Identifyrecurring issues and recommend process improvements.
• Supporttesting, implementation, and adoption of procurement system enhancements.

Educational Background

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management,Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Commerce,Engineering, or a related discipline.

Professional Experience

• Upto 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain,logistics, shared services, finance, or customer support is an advantage.
