The Procurement Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for executing centralized procurement fulfillment activities from approved Purchase Requisition through Purchase Order issuance, supplier coordination and transaction support. The role ensures procurement transactions are processed accurately, efficiently and in compliance with company policies while delivering high‑quality service to internal stakeholders and suppliers.
What You’ll Do
Procurement Fulfillment
- Process approved Purchase Requisitions into Purchase Orders.
- Review procurement requests for completeness and compliance.
- Create, amend, cancel and close Purchase Orders.
Supplier & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with suppliers, Business Units, Finance, Accounts Payable and Receiving to facilitate timely procurement transactions.
- Monitor deliveries and resolve operational issues.
- Escalate sourcing, pricing and contractual concerns to the responsible Procurement group.
Transaction Management
- Manage assigned procurement transactions and ensure compliance with agreed service levels.
- Monitor aging PRs, PO’s, pending documentation and transaction status.
- Maintain complete and accurate procurement records.
Customer Support
- Guide requestors on procurement processes, documentation requirements and procurement procedures.
- Provide timely updates on procurement transaction status.
Compliance
- Ensure procurement transactions comply with Procurement Policy, Delegation of Authority and internal controls.
- Maintain transaction accuracy and documentation readiness for audit.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
- Support testing, implementation and adoption of procurement system enhancements.

Educational Background
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Commerce, Engineering or a related discipline.
Professional Experience
- Fresh graduates with strong academic credentials are welcome to apply.
- Up to 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, logistics, shared services, finance or customer support is an advantage.
- Experience using ERP or Procure-to-Pay systems is preferred.
