Grace Global Business Services (GBS) Manila is seeking a Procurement Continuous Improvement Manager to lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of our Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) downstream processes. This role focuses on standardizing, simplifying, and automating procurement operations from requisition to payment while driving productivity, compliance, and value creation across the organization.

You will work closely with global stakeholders, procurement leaders, and shared service teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of end-to-end procurement experience.
• At least 5 years in a leadership or process-ownership role within Purchase Requisition-to-Pay processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of the Downstream Procurement roadmap across the S2P landscape.
• Standardize, streamline, and automate downstream procurement processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Review, enhance, and govern S2P policies, identifying gaps, risks, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop, maintain, and govern Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).
• Ensure all process documentation is current, compliant, and published in the Document Management System.

We are looking for a Procurement Continuous Improvement Manager to lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of our Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) downstream processes. This role plays a critical part in standardizing, simplifying, and automating procurement operations from purchase requisition to payment while driving productivity, compliance, and value creation across the organization.

You will work closely with global stakeholders, procurement leaders, and shared service teams to deliver best‑in‑class procurement operations in a dynamic, global environment.

What You'll Do

• Drive the execution of the Downstream Procurement roadmap across the S2P landscape
• Standardize, streamline, and automate downstream procurement processes to improve efficiency and compliance
• Review, enhance, and govern S2P policies, identifying gaps, risks, and cost‑saving opportunities
• Develop, maintain, and govern Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs)
• Ensure all process documentation is current, compliant, and published in the Document Management System
• Partner with Procurement Operations Managers and the S2P Global Process Owner to ensure global alignment
• Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track process performance and outcomes
• Build and strengthen core capabilities of tactical buyers through competency development and coaching
• Support the S2P Helpdesk by addressing root causes of recurring issues and improving service quality
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including incremental and step‑change transformations
• Deliver measurable results in cost reduction, cash flow optimization, and productivity
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support business objectives
• Benchmark against industry best practices to ensure processes remain competitive and future‑ready
• Contribute to the Annual Operating Plan and longer‑term strategic planning initiatives

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 7 years of end‑to‑end procurement experience
• At least 5 years experience in a leadership or process ownership role within Purchase Requisition‑to‑Pay processes
• Hands‑on experience with procurement systems such as SAP, Ariba, SAC, Celonis
