Knockdown Group OPC in Sampaloc, Manila, seeks a full-time Procurement Officer to coordinate supplier and talent accreditation, ensure documentation compliance, and streamline procurement workflows.

You will manage accreditation materials (BIR 2303, Mayor’s Permit, IDs, Sales Invoices) and work with Finance to maintain masterlists and drive process improvements for compliance. Strong attention to detail and proficiency with Google Forms and spreadsheets are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business Administration or related course.
• Experience in procurement, supplier coordination, or accreditation is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and document verification skills.
• Proficient in Google Forms, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication for supplier and talent coordination and follow-ups.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate supplier and talent accreditation using internal trackers and Google Forms.
• Review, verify, and organize accreditation requirements for suppliers and talents.
• Handle accreditation and documentation for in-house talents and manpower.
• Conduct follow-ups and verification calls to ensure completeness of submitted requirements.
• Maintain and update accredited supplier and talent masterlists.
• Coordinate with Finance to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Develop processes for working with non-accredited suppliers, including documentation and approvals.
• Assist in improving procurement and accreditation workflows for efficiency and compliance.
