Job summary

WNS, part of Capgemini, seeks a Training Specialist to conduct informative sessions, promote efficiency, and raise the skills of personnel in a dynamic BPO environment in the Philippines.

You will train new hires on culture, communication, and customer service, facilitate assessments, and provide floor coaching, with ample opportunity for career progression and a comprehensive benefits package including free HMO from Day 1.

Qualifications

• At least College undergraduate with basic web and MS Office skills.
• Must have at least 2 years Process or VNA training experience in a BPO setting.
• Experience managing diverse teams.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct informative training sessions, promote company efficiency, and improve the skills of all personnel.
• A great communicator with the ability to effectively describe complicated ideas to different audiences. You must be highly organized, proficient in time management, and possess excellent public speaking skills.
• Conduct new hire training on culture, communication, and customer service.
• Facilitate candidate communication assessments.
• Conduct floor refreshers, coaching, and feedback.
• Prepare daily activity and training reports.
