Overview

Deliver and facilitates adult classroom training in support of client programs to ensure superior workforce preparation; teach technical information, customer service, methods and procedures, and company culture, specifically with front line representative level employees. Deliver and facilitates various continuing education/up-skilling/process update courses. He/she will facilitate classroom and on-the-job-training curriculum for New Hires, facilitate continuing education/up-skilling courses and technical training and provide coaching and developmental feedback to each trainees in a class, including performance discussions and coaching plan/s.

Responsibilities

• Observe, lead, and co-lead new hires and ongoing training.
• Demonstrate skills using word processor and presentation software applications, such as Word, PowerPoint, Pages, and Keynote.
• Demonstrate effective classroom management skills.
• Facilitate the transition of students from training into production, and ensure competency levels are sufficient.
• Utilize effective presentation skills including creative training techniques and adult/accelerated learning techniques.
• Complete daily tracking, including end-of-day course evaluations and trainee assessments.
• Complete monthly required phone time.
• Participate in Train the Trainer sessions
• Maintain confidentiality at all times
• Accept feedback and guidance for improvement from the Training Manager
• Other tasks/duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to exhibit efficiency in terms of the quality and speed of administrative tasks and deliverables a trainer has to complete
• Strong computer navigation skills
• Strong comprehension and listening skills
• Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills when it comes to English language
• Strong formal presentation and facilitation skills
• Can work independently, self-motivated, goal-oriented, can meet a deadline and work as a team
• No escalation or corrective documentation issued in the past 3 months
• Strong understanding and application of Adult Learning Theories
• Strong time management, content preparation, facilitation, training, and presentation skills
• Strong communication skills to articulate company vision, program changes, and adapting to new concepts and strategies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
• Advance skills in designing and editing training content/ Materials
• Has experience in supporting a helpdesk account
