Job summary

VXI is seeking a Healthcare Trainer to facilitate, coordinate, and evaluate training programs for U.S. healthcare contact center operations.

This role delivers New Hire, Upskilling, Refresher, and Performance Improvement training to ensure employees develop the knowledge, skills, and compliance awareness required by clients, regulators, and operations. The ideal candidate has experience with Medicare, Medicaid, Marketplace, or provider services, and a solid understanding of healthcare

Job Summary

The Healthcare Trainer is responsible for facilitating, coordinating, and evaluating training programs that support U.S. healthcare contact center operations. This role delivers New Hire, Upskilling, Refresher, and Performance Improvement training for healthcare programs, ensuring employees develop the knowledge, skills, and compliance awareness necessary to meet client, regulatory, and operational expectations.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting U.S. healthcare programs such as Medicare, Medicaid, Marketplace, Commercial Health Plans, Managed Care, or Provider Services and possesses a strong understanding of healthcare regulations, customer service, and contact center operations.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting U.S. healthcare programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree in education, Healthcare Administration, Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.


• 3+ years of healthcare training experience.


• Experience supporting Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) or healthcare open enrollment programs.


• Certification in Training, Learning & Development, Facilitation, Instructional Design, or Adult Learning.


• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
