Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide support to processing and coordinate with other teams as needed.
• Perform technical and clerical activities aligned with the process.
• Communicate observations and findings in a timely manner.
• Identify and debug problems in processes, products, equipment and workflows.
• Establish methods to improve ways of working and document them.
• Ensure materials are available per weekly plan.
• Track activities to stay on schedule.
• Provide training for new colleagues (e.g., buddy system).
• Support safety initiatives and maintain a clean, safe work area (5S).
• Establish and uphold high-performance standards with integrity.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide support, as what may be needed, to process and may be extended to other teams as needed

• Perform Technical and/or clerical activities aligned with process

• Communicate observation and findings timely

• Identify and debug problems in process, products, equipment and work solution

• Establish and document methods to improve way of working

• Ensure materials are readily available based on the weekly plan.

• Track and monitor activities and ensures they are within schedules

• Provide training (ie buddy system) for new colleagues

• Support team and company-initiated activities in keeping a safe area for working -5s, Healthy and Safety, etc

• Establish and perform high-performance standards characterized by integrity

Experience/Skills:

• 2 years' experience as process technician and other related tasks

• At least one year experience in operating metrology equipment's

• Experience in operating and maintenance of XRF machine, microscope and other metrology tools is a plus
