Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 year technical course in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electromechanical Technology.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks; PLC skills are a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings and schematics.
• Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment PM and Buy-off for ASSY EOL.
• Support continuous improvements with MFG, EE, and PE teams.
• Measure, construct, and repair precision tooling components.
• Troubleshoot and repair major issues on EOL equipment.
• Interpret drawings, schematics, blueprints, and specifications.
• Carry out regular inspections and preventive maintenance on tooling.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Recommend improvements to boost efficiency and productivity.
• Support PM/Calibration activities of Post Test Equipment under supervision.
• Perform PM/Calibration of Post Test Equipment and document up to closure in M3S.

Job description

Perform equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement in collaboration with manufacturing, engineering, and production teams.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Perform equipment Periodic PM and Buy-off for ASSY EOL.
• Support equipment continuous improvements in collaboration with Manufacturing (MFG), Electrical Engineering (EE), and Process Engineering (PE).
• Measure, construct, and repair precision tools, dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures.
• Troubleshoot and repair major issues on EOL equipment.
• Interpret technical drawings, schematic diagrams, blueprints, and specifications accurately.
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on tooling equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Recommend improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Support PM/Calibration activities of Post Test Equipment under supervision of PM Technician.
• Perform actual PM/Calibration of Post Test Equipment.
• Complete PM/Calibration documentation and upload to M3S until closure.

About You

The company is looking for:
