Job summary

Gruppo EMS Inc. is seeking a technically skilled engineer to monitor and improve manufacturing processes, provide dispositions on issues, and support machine qualification. You will generate concise reports (MRB/8D) and assist NPIs and new product launches to ensure quality and reliability.

The role requires strong knowledge of Vitrox and ACA Vision Systems, plus proficiency in MS Office and data analysis. You will collaborate with engineers on testers, fixtures, and yield improvement

Qualifications

• Graduate of a technical course related to Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics.
• Knowledgeable in Vitrox and ACA Vision Systems.
• Knowledgeable in standard manufacturing process reports, including Yield, Machine Qualification, MRB, and 8D.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve the manufacturing process.
• Provide disposition for product- and process-related issues.
• Support machine qualification.
• Generate reports and objective evidence needed for the manufacturing process (1-page report / MRB / 8D).
• Repair and troubleshoot the Handler Vision System.
• Perform first-level analysis of process-related issues encountered.
• Assist engineers in the execution of NPIs.
• Provide support during the safe launch run of new products.
• Manage the timely verification of hold lots.
• Support data analysis and reporting of Final Test hold lots.
• Support the generation of correlation samples.
• Assist engineers in the buy-off and qualification of testers and specific fixtures.
• Assist engineers in the actual experiments and evaluation of products.
• Collect and monitor yield data.
• Support the execution of action plans for yield and productivity improvement.
