Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in process mapping and process documentation with proficiency in creating detailed visual flows and operating models using Visio, iGrafx or Signavio.
• Developed proficiency in data analytics, interpreting models to represent data requirements and assets.
• Strong storytelling ability to convey complex ideas and data to diverse audiences.
• Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing detailed process maps, workflows, and documentation to synthesize findings and present recommendations to senior executives.
• Interview stakeholders, analyze process documents, and gather data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead one or more projects, demonstrating leadership and influencing teams and culture.
• Collaborate with the team to build analyses and roadmaps while identifying risks and obstacles.
