Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Quant Analytics Associate within its Audience Management organization. You will streamline QA and process improvements for marketing campaigns, including technical review of audiences, and supporting risk management. You will engage with stakeholders across multiple projects to clarify requirements and timelines.

The role emphasizes quality assurance, data manipulation, and software version control using Git, with collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing/reviewing Base SAS codes for large data and reports using Proc Freq, Proc Format, Proc Sort, Proc SQL, Proc Summary.
• Experience in SQL querying (Teradata/Snowflake).
• Strong technical documentation and analytical skills demonstrated by prior work.
• Experience with project management, process improvement, and/or risk control.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.

Responsibilities

• Review SAS code and modifications for campaigns to verify business requirements and code quality.
• Adhere to established campaign review processes including code review and auditing output.
• Recommend ongoing process improvements to the Audience Management team for efficiency and reduced errors.
• Manage and ensure proper use of Git for campaign version control.
• Assist with development, testing, code review, and ongoing maintenance of automated campaign code.
• Engage with project stakeholders to clarify requirements and timelines.
• Independently manage process improvement and risk/control special projects as assigned.
