Ascendion is seeking an Industrial Engineering graduate for a Process Improvement Analyst role in Manila. You will support process development, document workflows, and work with teams to implement improved ways of working.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering is required.
• Knowledge of process mapping and process documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand and analyze business processes.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to learn and work with different teams and processes.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; internship or academic projects in process improvement are relevant.

Responsibilities

• Support global and local PD and CI projects from planning through implementation.
• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvements.
• Create and maintain process maps, workflow diagrams, and process documentation.
• Assist with current-state and future-state process mapping activities.
• Gather and analyze operational data, metrics, and KPIs for improvements.
• Assist with root cause analysis and development of recommendations.
• Support workshops with stakeholders for mapping and ideation.
• Prepare project charters, WBS, communication plans, and implementation plans.
