Job summary

Internetwork Expert is seeking an Entry-Level Industrial Engineer / Business Analyst to support business process analysis, requirements gathering, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives in Metro Manila.

You will work closely with business users, operations teams, and IT stakeholders to understand current processes, translate needs into actionable requirements, and help develop SOPs, process maps, and test scenarios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business and operational processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Gather and document business requirements through interviews, meetings, workshops, and process reviews.
• Assist in creating process maps, flowcharts, workflows, business requirements, and functional specifications.
• Conduct basic data gathering, validation, and analysis to support business decisions and process improvement initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into clear documentation that can be understood by both business and technical teams.
• Assist in identifying process gaps and recommend practical solutions based on business requirements and available data.
• Support the development and documentation of SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Assist in conducting root cause analysis and process improvement activities using appropriate Industrial Engineering methodologies.
• Support system implementation, enhancement, and testing activities by preparing test scenarios, test cases, and validation criteria.
• Coordinate with users, stakeholders, and technical teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and document testing results, issues, and recommendations.
• Monitor agreed action items and assist in tracking project deliverables and requirements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and other analysis required by management.
• Perform other related duties and analysis as assigned.
