Job summary

Qualifications

• BS Engineering degree required.

• Root cause analysis, FMEA or statistical analysis knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production data and identify bottlenecks to improve efficiency on assembly lines (SMT).
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and ensure products meet quality specs.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process instructions, and safety documents.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and design teams to ensure smooth production flow.
