Job summary

Coherent Philippines Pte Ltd in Calamba is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to lead time studies, balance lines, and optimize layouts. You will support New Product Introduction from concept to production and drive Lean initiatives.

The role requires a B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering and at least 3 years in semiconductor or electronics fields. You will work onsite with cross-functional teams to improve labor utilization and overall efficiency.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. Electronics Engineering (Physics, Electrical and related fields also considered).
• At least 3 years of experience in Semiconductor or Electronics / Optoelectronics and Fiber optics Industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time studies, motion studies, and work measurement.
• Support New Product Introduction from concept through production.
• Balance production lines to maximize productivity and optimize layout.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping.
• Develop labor standards and production capacity planning.
