Job summary

Company L & K INDUSTRIES PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a qualified engineer to design, monitor, and optimize manufacturing processes at Clark Freeport Zone in the Philippines.

The role focuses on improving efficiency, quality, safety, and cost through robust process control and yield enhancement. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Engineering, with preferred specialization in Electronics & Communication or Electrical Engineering, and has 2–3 years in semiconductor or manufacturing

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required; specialization in Electronics & Communication or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in a semiconductor or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Experience in SMT, Wafer Laser Cutting, Die Bonding and Wire Bonding.

Responsibilities

• Designs, monitors, and optimizes manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, safety, & cost.
