Qualifications

• Education: graduate of BS Mechanical or Electrical or Electronics/Communications Engineering, preferably with PRC License.
• At least 1 year related maintenance experience in manufacturing/processing.
• Experience in installation, operation and maintenance of food processing equipment.
• Competencies in drawing and drafting, mechanical planning and design, electrical planning and design, project management, maintenance planning & control, electrical maintenance & mechanical, electronics & instrumentation maintenance & troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in computer usage.
• Knowledge on GMP/PRP, HACCP and food safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Repairs and maintains all production equipment to ensure machine operational readiness at all times and prolong life expectancy of all processing equipment and machineries.
• Performs procedures and instructions prescribed by the company’s/plants Quality, Environment and Food Safety Management Systems, HACCP standards
