TSUKIDEN ELECTRIC INDUSTRIES PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a Process/Production Engineer in Laguna to drive process improvements and SOP implementation.

The role focuses on analyzing production methods, delivering first-level data insights to QA and Planning, and facilitating cross-functional meetings for sustained quality gains. The ideal candidate has a technical engineering degree with at least three years in process or production engineering, strong problem-solving skills, and familiarity

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years as Process Engineer or Production Engineer.
• Knowledgeable in process improvement.
• Strong root cause analysis and problem solving.
• Familiar with PFMEA and quality tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement process requirements and SOPs.
• Analyze and improve production methods for quality and productivity.
• Provide first-level data analysis to Production/QA/Planning for improvement.
• Conduct and facilitate meetings.
• Verify Planning for Product Realization and its implementation.
• Prepare inspection items and criteria.
• Document and standardize processes.
• Represent the company in customer process audits.
• Troubleshoot products.
