Qualifications

• Graduate of B.S. Courses or any Engineering course.
• Experience as in-charge of Product Evaluation and Quality Control standards.
• Knowledgeable in Quality Control & PPAP; designing, metrology, calibration & MSA, injection molding process and problem solving techniques.
• Leadership Qualities: Analytical & good in both written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead in production trial, product evaluation and product approval activities.
• Monitor and review results of activities and develop procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Plan yearly department budget with input from management and align with company plan.
• Support training plans and develop subordinates to attain technical skills and knowledge.
