Job summary

Ampleon in Laguna, Philippines is seeking an Engineer, Process in Assembly Engineering to sustain and improve Midline-Mechanical back-end manufacturing processes, ensuring stable production and high quality. You will lead continuous improvement, perform risk analyses, lead cross-functional collaboration, and present status updates.

Requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics & Communications and at least 3 years in Process Engineering, with knowledge of Disco package Singulation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in Process Engineering
• Knowledge of Disco package Singulation and Molding
• Good oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Resolves day-to-day process engineering issues affecting production
• Drives yield improvement, process optimization, and manufacturing robustness
• Generates and updates assembly process specifications
• Performs risk analysis/FMEA and ensures quality compliance
• Roots cause analysis and corrective actions
• Prepare and present project status updates and executive reviews
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for yield, cycle time, productivity, quality and cost reduction
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Product Engineering, and Manufacturing Excellence teams
