Qualifications

• BS Chemical Engineering required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Semiconductor/Electronics, preferably Plating & Wet processes.
• In depth knowledge in FPC/PCB manufacturing processes.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process Optimization: Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements for efficiency, throughput, and resource utilization (labor, energy, materials).
• Design & Documentation: Develop Process Flow Diagrams, mass/energy balances, equipment specifications, and operating manuals.
• Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, manage project execution, and support new product introductions.
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide on-the-floor support, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve complex production issues.
• Safety & Compliance: Lead HAZOP studies, ensure adherence to ESH standards and develop safety protocols.
• Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and foster continuous improvement.

• Graduate of BS Chemical Engineering
• With at least 5 years of relevant experience in Semiconductor / Electronics Company preferably Plating & Wet processes.
